Adriana offers home visits, pet sitting, and house sitting by arrangement. The plan can include meals, fresh water, walks, companionship, litter care, pet-area tidying, and photo updates. We agree the timing and details around your household.
How is grooming scope determined?
Adriana reviews the requested care alongside coat, temperament, touch tolerance, age, mobility, and comfort. Possible scope includes bathing, brushing, coat refresh, de-shedding, and tidy-up work. The consultation confirms what is suitable and where another provider is the better fit.

Does Villa Flor provide veterinary care?
No. Villa Flor provides everyday pet care and does not replace your veterinarian. The care approach emphasizes attentive observation of comfort, behavior, cleanliness, and routine, without diagnosing, treating, providing emergency medical response, or interpreting a change as a medical conclusion. If a pet appears unwell or something falls outside the agreed care plan, the next step is clear communication with the family and the appropriate veterinarian or emergency resource.

Our Care & Value page gives starting rates and clear inclusions for overnight stays, live-in care, private home boarding with Victoria and bath-and-brush appointments.
