Clear from the beginning
So you know what to expect, and we can give the right things our attention.
Each stay follows an agreed plan for meals, fresh water, walks or play, companionship and updates. Starting prices cover one household with up to two pets whose routines fit that plan. We also agree any household checks, mail, plants and pet-area tidying. General housekeeping and deep cleaning are outside the service.
Routine arrival and departure for overnight and live-in stays are included within 20 one-way road miles of our Rock Hill base. Beyond that area, we confirm a fixed travel supplement before booking. Additional visits or errands are agreed separately. Destination arrangements include a clear quote for care, travel time, transportation and any necessary accommodation.
Private Overnight Care includes 12 hours overnight; daytime visits are separate. Signature Live-In Concierge includes 20 hours of presence in a 24-hour booking, with up to four hours of breaks agreed in advance. Both allow normal overnight sleep. For continuous presence, we discuss coverage and relief arrangements separately; awake overnight care requires its own confirmed plan.
We talk through your pets, routines, dates, location and the care you want. Your personal quote confirms the full scope, attendance times, any travel or additional charges, and any applicable tax before you book. Holiday dates, extra pets and extended care are discussed upfront. A consultation does not reserve a stay.
Grooming at your home may be possible by consultation. We first discuss your pet’s needs, the available space, equipment and travel arrangements, then confirm whether a suitable appointment can be offered.
